Job summary

KMC Solutions in Manila is seeking a BIM Engineer to create, manage, and coordinate digital BIM models for construction and engineering projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient BIM use throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong BIM software experience (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD), knowledge of 3D modelling, clash detection, and BIM standards, plus excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3-5 years of BIM experience in construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar BIM platforms.
Knowledge of 3D modelling, clash detection, and BIM project management tools.
Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and update 3D BIM models for construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for BIM integration.
Maintain BIM standards and project-specific requirements throughout the lifecycle.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts with stakeholders.
Produce BIM-related documentation, reports, and schedules.
Provide training and support on BIM tools to team members.
Audit BIM models for quality, accuracy, and data management.
