Job summary

Sigmabear Inc is seeking a BIM Specialist in the Philippines to create 3D models and visualizations for diverse infrastructure and building projects. The role requires strong Revit skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/architectural degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for career development. Free staff housing is available for those outside Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering (Others) or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Strong background/advanced skills in using Revit software.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-3 years experience in Architecture, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• 3D modeling and visualization of structures using 3D software for multiple projects (buildings, stadiums, bridges, hospitals, offices and condominiums).
• Develop accurate BIM models and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and constructability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for 3D modeling and visualization of various structures using 3D Software for multiple projects including but not limited to buildings, stadium, bridges, hospitals, office/ commercial and residential condominiums.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong background/advanced skills in using Revit software.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

• 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent is an advantage.
