Job summary

Takumi Space Creation, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a dedicated architectural drafter to support BIM workflows and construction drawing production. You will learn BIM with Revit, produce 2D drawings from design models, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements: BS Architecture or equivalent, at least 2 years AutoCAD experience; knowledge of Revit is a plus. Office-based role with standard hours; occasional overtime and involvement in large-scale international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BS) or equivalent qualification.
• Licensed Architect is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master BIM work using Revit.
• Create construction drawings from design drawings.
• Produce drawings from design models for construction use.
• Prepare RFIs and address issues to complete drawings.
• Collaborate with team to resolve project issues.
