Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a capable graduate with a background in architecture or engineering to join our design team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, interpret sketches from engineers, and ensure accuracy across deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit.

With 1–2 years of experience, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain standards, and support project updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent drafting and detailing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on design inputs and specifications
• Interpret sketches, calculations, and technical markups from engineers and designers
• Maintain drawing accuracy, scale, dimensions, and annotation standards across all deliverables
• Revise models and drawings according to internal reviews, client comments, and project updates
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes or inconsistencies
• Organize project files, templates, and documentation according to company standards
• Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detail views for technical submissions
• Support quantity takeoffs, material references, and model-based documentation when required
