Job summary

Takumi Space Creation, Inc. in Makati seeks a BIM Specialist with Revit expertise to perform modeling, shop drawings, and detailed BIM tasks in line with client requirements.

This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, with overtime and monthly Saturday rotations as needed. You will collaborate with the team to resolve issues, produce construction drawings and takeoffs, and prepare RFIs while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• At least 1 year of practical Revit Architecture/Structure experience.
• Experience with Revit MEP is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM LOD standards is preferred.
• Experience creating shop drawings from models is welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction Revit modeling, shop drawings, detailed designs, and other BIM-related tasks in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to resolve project issues.
• Conduct planned work while adhering to deadlines.
• Create construction shop drawing models based on design drawings.
• Produce consistent Revit models from design models to shop drawing models, including detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and address issues as they arise to complete drawings.
• Produce construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, and clash detections from models.
