Job summary

International Facility Engineering Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for diverse engineering projects. You will ensure models reflect design specs and construction requirements while supporting project teams.

You will perform clash detection and resolution, stay current with the latest BIM software, contribute to standards, and collaborate with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Proficient in using Revit; MEP preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality BIM models.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Willing to relocate.
• Note: Remuneration is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be determined based on skills, talent, experience, and last drawn Salary.
