Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software and MEP coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with project coordination and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to create technical drawings and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems in transportation projects.
• Coordinate BIM models with civil, mechanical and structural disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Conduct clash detection and generate coordination reports.
• Create electrical libraries, specifications, and documentation within BIM.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on design optimization and constructability analysis.
• Support planning, scheduling, and sequencing through BIM-based coordination.
• Maintain organized project documentation and version control protocols.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input on electrical systems.
