Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in bridge design or transportation infrastructure.
• Proficiency with bridge design and analysis software including AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000 or MIDAS Civil.
• Strong knowledge of IRC/IBC/AASHTO design guidelines and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridge structures using industry-standard software.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct structural analysis and modeling to meet safety and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with managers, architects, and construction teams for project execution.
• Evaluate geotechnical and environmental factors affecting bridge design.
• Prepare technical reports and design calculations for reviews and approvals.
• Participate in site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development.
