Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of civil engineering design experience in roads or urban transport.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
• Knowledge of road design standards for Indian infrastructure.
• Experience with BIM and integrated design workflows.
• Strong GIS and spatial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication to present technical information.
• Experience on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with transport planning software and traffic simulation (preferred).
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green infrastructure (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and designs for urban roads and infrastructure.
• Analyze site conditions and traffic patterns to inform design.
• Prepare design documentation, drawings, and visualizations.
• Coordinate with project managers, urban planners, environmental specialists, and other stakeholders.
