Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will coordinate the implementation of BIM processes across civil and structural projects, ensuring clash-free models and timely updates.

The role requires 5+ years of BIM experience and proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D, plus strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as BIM Coordinator or similar in civil/structural engineering.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D.
• Strong BIM principles, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Certification or training in BIM coordination preferred.
• Experience resolving clashes and producing clash-free models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM works and capture all changes including clash resolution.
• Ensure BIM works are completed timely to prevent contractor claims.
• Provide technical support to design BIM model to be clash free.
• Prepare BIM models for Civil, Archi and MEP from revised drawings.
• Revise drawings using Revit or AutoCAD per Design Manager/Archi Expert.
• Carry out revisions to the drawings using Revit or AutoCAD as instructed.

About the role

We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join our team at Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and technologies across our civil/structural engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the overall BIM works to ensure that all the changes including the clash resolution have been captured.

• Ensure that the BIM works are completed in a timely manner so that there are no further claims from the contractors.

• Support the Civil Contractor with technical support to design the BIM model to be clash free.

• Prepare the BIM models for Civil, Archi and MEP works based on the revised drawings prepared by DMT

• Carry out the revisions to the drawings using Revit or AutoCAD as instructed by the Design Manager/Archi Expert

• Minimum Skill set as listed above

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the civil/structural engineering industry

• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D

• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and best practices

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide technical guidance to project teams

• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and engineering design principles

• Certification or training in BIM coordination or management is preferred
