Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a Digital Engineering Coordinator in Makati for a data centre project. This role involves managing federated models and ensuring digital information maintenance throughout the project lifecycle, from design through construction.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM coordination, and familiarity with BIM tools. Strong MEP coordination skills are preferred, as well as good communication abilities.

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Engineering Coordinator (BIM Coordinator) to support project delivery for a data centre project. This role will focus on managing federated models, coordinating MEP design, and ensuring digital information is maintained across the full project lifecycle—from design through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate federated BIM models and digital deliverables
• Perform clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Cabling) systems
• Support 4D planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews
• Ensure structured asset data capture for project handover
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Support digital engineering standards and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital engineering / BIM coordination
• Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centre experience is a plus)
• Willing to work in Makati every Mondays - Fridays
