Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Training Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing billing training for new hires in our Manila-based team. You will design and deliver sessions on billing processes, portals, and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the spectrum of invoicing tasks.

The role requires developing materials and job aids, plus ongoing refresher sessions to keep the team at peak performance. This position is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting onboarding training for billing-related topics.
• Ability to develop training materials and job aids.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, invoice generation, and portals.
