Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a Billing Officer to manage customer billing and support related inquiries from Eastwood Libis, QC. The role includes provisioning customers, updating databases, and standardizing billing from acquired entities.

The candidate will handle monthly billing, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the customer experience. Strong data skills and experience with billing systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a similar billing role.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Experience with Emmersion and Connect.
• Experience in customer-facing businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning new customers onto the billing system.
• Quarantine management of customers from acquired companies and standardization onto the platform.
• Monthly billing to customers.
• Answering and managing incoming billing questions.
• Billing contact communications.
• Updating customer contact and billing details.
• Updating product packages.
• Reviewing the billing cycle to retain and improve customer experience.
• Partnering with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Generate data-led insights from customer metrics.
