Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes customer invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Updates customer billing profiles and pricing details in ERP systems.
• Navigates ERP and billing systems (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) to enter, retrieve, and validate billing information.
• Supports month-end billing close activities and ensures documentation is complete.
