Expertise BPO Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, reporting to the Director of Finance in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite in BGC, Taguig with a 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. schedule; onboarding training will occur during the night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. A proactive finance professional who delivers accurate revenue reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate finance/AR experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; QuickBooks knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee timekeeping and convert billable hours to invoices.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and statements.
• Record remittances/deposits and apply to customer accounts.
