Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking a Billing Clerk (Night Shift) to join our Finance Team in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end billing, generate invoices, handle e-billing submissions, monitor WIP, and resolve billing inquiries for a national portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in billing or administration, strong English communication, and proficiency with e-billing platforms and MS Office. This role supports monthly closings and requires accuracy and timeliness in a deadline-driven

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance is considered an asset.
• 3+ years of relevant billing or admin experience, preferably in professional services.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience with e-billing platforms such as 3E Elite or E-Billing Hub is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in accordance with firm policies and DOA requirements.
• Generate and distribute proformas for review and approval.
• Submit invoices via e-billing systems and client portals, ensuring accuracy and client requirements.
• Monitor invoice status and resolve rejections or reductions.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and obtain missing information.
• Collaborate with practitioners to review WIP and support timely billing.
• Process billing adjustments, write-offs, transfers, and reissued invoices as authorized.
• Maintain accurate billing profiles, client instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Respond promptly to billing inquiries and determine next steps.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities, accruals, and reporting requirements.
