Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in billing, customer service, or technical support.
• Experience handling complex accounts and escalations.
• ERP and CRM experience is required; advanced knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Customer Interaction: Manage escalated inquiries related to billing, contracts, and technical issues.
• Complex Billing Management: Process and validate high-value or multi-location accounts.
• System Updates & Data Integrity: Oversee updates in CSA’s OS and ensure data accuracy.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with IWR and CSA portal registration for meters.
• Contract & PO Management: Handle complex updates, amendments, and registrations.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and propose efficiency improvements.
• Mentorship: Train and support Billing Representatives I and II.
