Qualifications

• Generally requires a high school diploma with 2+ years in accounting/billing.
• A BS degree in accounting is preferred but not always required.
• Knowledge of billing and collection practices is necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Read contracts and understand invoicing criteria.
• Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Vantagepoint per contract terms.
• Set billing terms to ensure final invoices match client terms.
• Prepare and submit invoices through electronic portals for client processing.
• Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, legal staff, and others to revise and resubmit invoices.
• Collaborate with the cash/AR teams to meet deadlines and company standards.
• Prepare special documents as required by clients.
