Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies, encoding Sales Orders, and ensuring timely distribution of invoices and related documents to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve or generate Sales Order via customers portals or emails.
• Issue and review invoices for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with other departments to address billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Encode Sales Orders, prepare Picking List and print Sales Invoices.
• Check the completeness of all issued invoices/DRs/CDRs and file them.
