Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Client Ops Associate I (Manager) to own fee billing setups and inquiry closures within SLA, supporting CIB product lines.

You will coordinate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management, and Client Service to reflect agreed fee structures, test new pricing, and drive process improvements. APAC/EMEA hours required.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, MIS tasks, and collaboration with Billing Technology to ensure accurate and timely client bills.

• 7+ years of Operations, Financial/Banking or Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong problem solving, analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client fee schedules and apply them in the billing platform accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management, and Client Service to reflect agreed fee structures.
• Identify new product price points and coordinate/testing with Billing Technology.
• Bill the client up to date and provide documentation to Billing Production Manager.
• Support Billing Services inquiry management and MIS tasks.
• Clear the Advantage suspense file and manage MIS tasks.
• Be flexible, meet deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
• Escalate timely and ensure proper controls and stakeholder management.
• Review setup cases within defined SLA and assist with BAU metrics.
• Review SOPs/Change Management; lead process improvements for client experience.
• Partner with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation.
