Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Client Ops Associate II within Billing Operations to own fee billing setup, workflow case management and timely inquiries resolution for fee invoices and billing agreements across CIB product lines.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management, and Client Service to ensure invoices reflect agreed fees, and participate in process improvements while supporting risk controls and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong problem solving and solution management, analytical and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Ability to lead projects and meetings; influence and negotiate with peers and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client fee schedules and apply them in the billing platform accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Relationship Management and Client Service to ensure invoices reflect agreed fees.
• Identify new price points and coordinate/testing of new code with Billing Technology support.
• Bill clients up to date and provide documentation for ongoing invoice production.
• Support Billing Services inquiry management; meet deadlines and organize work.
• Clear the Advantage suspense file and manage MIS.
• Escalate issues and work with manager to ensure controls and stakeholder management.
• Review setup cases within defined SLA and update SOPs when needed.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce manual steps and improve client experience.
• Partner with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation.
