Job summary

MRI Software in Manila is seeking a customer-focused Billing Operations Associate to handle daily billing and account inquiries. You will verify and process applications, manage bills, and assist with payment interfaces, working closely with consultants and engineers to resolve escalated issues.

The role requires >=2 years in billing or customer service, English proficiency, and flexibility with supporting regional needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in billing, accounting, or customer service.
Experience in electricity retail or utilities preferred.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese, Malay, or Indian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle general inbound billing and account inquiries.
Verify and process applications for account opening/closing/modification.
Process bills accurately and timely.
Perform billing adjustments and mass charges/rebates when required.
Handle payment collection and ensure smooth payment interfaces.
Send overdue reminders and pursue arrears to resolution.
Prepare and submit periodic/ad-hoc reports to client and internal teams.
Collaborate with client and third-party vendors for smooth billing operations.
Assist with software-related inquiries and escalated issues with consultants/engineers.
