Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a capable Billing Operations Support professional in Manila to handle daily billing and account inquiries, ensure timely processing, and support payment interfaces. You will collaborate with consultants and engineers to resolve issues and prepare periodic reports.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in billing, customer service, or credit control, with strong English and good time management. Hybrid work arrangement offered with health coverage and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in day-to-day operational support in billing, accounting, or customer service.
• Experience in electricity retail or utility industry is advantageous.
• GCE O level, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for billing and account inquiries; resolve customer concerns.
• Verify and process applications such as account opening, closing, and modification.
• Verify and process bills and perform billing adjustments when required.
