Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and client communications.
• BPO/customer service experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic productivity tools.
• Willing to learn billing and financial processes.
• Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and send client invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with billing discrepancies and collection activities.
