Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a quoter or expeditor in the HVAC/R industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC/R knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub calls for billing purposes.
• Create and submit AFQs.
• Submit invoices to customers through TPS, mail, and other channels.
• Review calls from prior days to ensure completion.
• Close calls in TPS.
• Manage TPS invoice rejections and approvals.
• Gather missing documentation from field personnel for billing purposes.
• Submit invoices to Account Managers for review per SOP.
