Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of courses related to Treasury Management, Finance Management, etc.
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in the same function and/or industry.
• Proficient in MS Offices especially on Excel
• Must have strong analytical and attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure and monitor that monthly billings for the assigned property sites are generated and issued accurately and on time
• Ensure that the billings are properly reconciled with the residents' payment records to avoid erroneous billings by regularly checking and verifying system's entries against available records
• Enforce standard billing procedures across all properties, ensuring that billing statements are prepared and released in accordance with established standards
• Review and verify daily collection of the properties versus the report submitted, receipts released, and other records available
• Ensure that all payments made by the residents are recorded timely and accurately in the system by checking and verifying records on a daily basis
• Prepare and present billing and collection reports of the properties managed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis or as needed
