Connext is hiring a Billing & Collections Analyst for an onsite role in Davao City, night shift, to support a US-based client. The analyst will manage collections, monitor accounts, and resolve overdue balances ensuring cash flow and reduced credit risk.

You will reconcile payments, handle disputes, and collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Accounting to maintain accurate records and meet KPIs. Growth and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in collections, AR, billing, or credit control.
• Experience with AR systems or ERP tools.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Experience supporting credit decisioning and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Billing & Collections Analyst is responsible for managing accounts receivable collections, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of overdue balances. The role includes reconciling payments, handling billing disputes, and coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate cash flow and reduced credit risk exposure. This role also supports credit decisioning, data analysis, and escalation handling for complex collection issues within a structured AR environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage collections for national and key customer accounts.
• Contact customers in Canada via phone or email to resolve overdue payments and clarify billing issues.
• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts for follow-up action.
• Reconcile customer payments, un-applied cash, and account discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing, pricing, and misapplied payment issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Accounting teams to resolve account disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer financial status.
• Analyze receivables data to identify risk exposure and recommend actions.
• Escalate high-risk or uncollectible accounts to management.
• Work toward achieving monthly collection targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, or credit control.
