Job summary

Connext is hiring a Billing & Collections Analyst for an onsite role in Davao City, night shift, to support a US-based client. The analyst will manage collections, monitor accounts, and resolve overdue balances ensuring cash flow and reduced credit risk.

You will reconcile payments, handle disputes, and collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Accounting to maintain accurate records and meet KPIs. Growth and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in collections, AR, billing, or credit control.
• Experience with AR systems or ERP tools.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Experience supporting credit decisioning and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections for national and key customer accounts.
• Contact customers in Canada via phone or email to resolve overdue payments.
• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts for action.
• Reconcile customer payments and account discrepancies.
• Investigate billing issues and misapplied payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Accounting to resolve disputes.
• Maintain records of collection activities and customer status.
• Analyze receivables data to assess risk and actions.
