Job summary

Grant Thornton Global Capability Services Philippines is seeking an AR/Collections specialist to drive customer collections, reduce days outstanding, and resolve AR issues promptly. You will analyze aging data and work toward optimization of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities include setting up new customers, maintaining records, processing manual adjustments, and providing accurate data for internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification preferred with 2–3 years in AR/collections.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle is favored.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Interact successfully with internal and external auditors by providing timely and accurate data;
• AR subledger reconciliation to General Ledger.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified(preferred but not mandatory) with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role;
• Prior experience of ERP system such as SAP/Oracle;
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet all statutory filing deadlines;
• Advanced excel skills;
• Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Can work on night shift (12am - 8am PH Time)

• Corporate and local accounting rules;

• Superior organizational skills, also in tight deadlines.
