Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom, ensuring accurate pay rates and benefits. You will validate data, ensure compliance, and maintain data confidentiality while supporting stakeholders across teams.

You will analyze payroll trends, propose process improvements, and collaborate with Strategy teams to apply accurate incentive schemes for each period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with Google Platforms and Excel.
• Experience with ecommerce and logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions and statutory benefits

• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies prior payroll submission

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

• Respond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentives

• Analyze Payroll data to identify trends and variances

• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve accuracy

• Partner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentives schemes are followed to specific incentives period
