Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payrolls and weekly incentives for the Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom. You will ensure accurate pay rates, deductions, statutory benefits, and data integrity while handling confidential information with discretion.

You will review payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries from Service Providers. The role calls for strong analytical skills and collaboration with Strategy teams to align incentive schemes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Google Platforms / Microsoft Excel
• E-commerce and Logistics
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions and statutory benefits
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies prior payroll submission
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Respond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentives
• Analyze Payroll data to identify trends and variances
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve accuracy
• Partner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentives schemes are followed to specific incentives period
