Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Manila to manage bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom. You will review data for accuracy, ensure compliance with regulations, and safeguard confidential information.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication to collaborate with Service Providers and Strategy teams. Prior experience in e-commerce and logistics is preferred, and proficiency in Google Platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Google Platforms / Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience in E-commerce and Logistics contexts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions and statutory benefits.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and addressing discrepancies prior payroll submission.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Respond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentives.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and variances.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentives schemes are followed to specific incentives period.
