Job summary

TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INC is hiring a Billing Supervisor to manage the billing team and ensure accurate invoicing. The role requires a solid background in accounting, strong MS Excel skills, and experience supervising a team in a logistics or transportation setting.

Onsite work is required in Sucat, Parañaque City. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with billing and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Background in Billing or Accounting preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Transportation and Logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
• Knowledgeable in Billing and ERP Systems.
• Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Parañaque City.
