Job summary

Trulaboratories Corporation is seeking a Billing Associate to join our Billing Division. You will generate and process invoices, review pricing and terms, and collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure accurate billing.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and maintain complete records. The ideal candidate has experience in billing, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with billing software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance functions.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for customers based on sales orders, contracts, and service agreements.
• Review sales and service documentation to verify pricing, discounts, terms, and conditions for accurate billing.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers regarding payment status, overdue accounts, and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile billing records with financial statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of billing transactions, adjustments, and communications with customers.
• Stay updated on billing policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficient billing processes.
• Assist customers with billing-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to resolve issues or address concerns.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience regarding billing matters.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts and updating customer information in the billing system.
• Work closely with customers to resolve billing disputes, facilitate refunds or credits, and provide necessary documentation or explanations.
• Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding billing platforms, online portals, and self-service options.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements related to billing operations.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new billing software or tools and improve technical skills.
