Job summary

Traba is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to oversee invoicing and payment accuracy for business clients. You will process timesheets, generate invoices, and build custom reports in collaboration with the operations team to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management or as a Payment Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to invoicing and reporting processes.
• Process timesheets from customers to generate accurate invoices for clients.
• Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows and client experience.
• Address and resolve invoicing and timesheet discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs related to invoicing and timesheet processing.
• Assist in developing SOPs to streamline internal payment processes and invoicing accuracy.
