CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics activities within our project logistics segment. You will ensure smooth flow of goods and contribute to reliable supply chain solutions for industrial projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Cargowise experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage documentation, stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with Cargowise is required.
• Experience in logistics operations, ideally project/industrial logistics.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Professional English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transit or handling issues.
• Ensure accurate shipping, customs, and inventory documentation for compliance.

YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Operations Operator, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day logistics operations that ensure the seamless flow of goods within our project logistics segment. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain solutions tailored to meet the complex demands of industrial projects.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in line with company and customer requirements.
• Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transit or handling issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation (shipping, customs, inventory) for compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage updates and challenges.
• Billing, Reporting and Administrative Tasks
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation in project logistics

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
