Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking an on-site billing clerk in Taguig to support accounts receivable and invoicing. The role covers payment follow-up, preparing and issuing customer invoices, applying payments, and reconciling billings with contracts and services.

You will scan, email, and file billings, deposit payments, and monitor outstanding balances while ensuring billing accuracy. The candidate must be willing to work Mondays through Saturdays and be able to work on-site in

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices
• Ensure billing accuracy based on contracts/services/products
• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable and track balances

Job description

Responsibilities

• Payment follow-up for all the different events for the company;
• Scans and emails the billings;
• Makes bank deposits;
• Files the billings and contracts accordingly;
• Sets up the collection and ensures to list the receivables;
• Encodes the payment in the in-house accounting system;
• Performs other responsibilities that may be delagted from time-to-time;
• Willing to work Mondays - Saturdays;
• Willing to work on-site.
