Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is a leading HMO in the Philippines. We seek a Reporting and Analytics Manager to oversee reporting and analytics in the Billing & Collections Department, generating insights to drive strategic decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, forecasting, and collaborating with IT and senior management. The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in reporting and analytics, preferably in healthcare billing/collections.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and billing/collections software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards for billing, collections, and related metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop KPIs, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to ensure data accuracy and system optimization.
• Automate reporting processes and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Support audits with accurate reporting and documentation.
• Provide training and mentorship to analysts on reporting tools and best practices.
