Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Management Accounting Officer to analyze performance data for sales, profitability, and operations. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights and collaborating across departments to drive business value.

The successful candidate will develop dashboards, monitor variances against budgets, and guide data-related projects. This position is onsite in Mandaluyong City and requires a finance/accounting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data with charts and tables on sales by brand and channel.
• Monitor inventory turnover, gross and operating profits, and other key metrics.
• Design dashboards to visualize KPIs for sales, profitability, and operations.
• Review actual vs. budgeted/target amounts per sales channel or cost center.
• Collaborate with teams to meet data requirements and objectives.
• Align data analysis with overall business goals.
• Propose and lead data-related projects delivering timely results.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends from performance data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and market share.
• Oversee data analysts in dashboard maintenance.
