Job summary

Socor Construction Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to manage customer receivables and invoicing. You will input payments and deposits in SAP, ensure accuracy of final billing, and monitor customer balances and payments.

The role requires preparing sales invoices, collection receipts, and statements of account, with attention to data integrity and timely processing. Experience with SAP and accounts receivable is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in billing and receivables processes.
• Familiar with invoicing, collections, and financial data accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billings for all customers receivable.
• Transact down payment, incoming payment, and deposits in SAP.
• Check data input in the system to ensure accuracy of final billing.
• Monitor Sales Order balances of customers.
• Prepare and issue customers Sales Invoice & Collection Receipts.
• Monitor and record the details of the payment of customers.
• Prepare Statement of Account per customer.
