Job summary

United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking a Sites Acquisition Officer to support day-to-day operations across billboard sites in the Visayas region, with primary duties in Mandaue, Cebu. You will conduct field visits, coordinate maintenance, and process permits to keep sites operational and compliant.

The role involves liaising with lessors, government agencies, and site managers, requiring strong communication, organization, and travel readiness within Visayas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in any course.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, site owners, contractors, and government agencies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple site concerns simultaneously.
• Willing to perform extensive field work and travel to various project or billboard sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of assigned billboard sites to ensure safety, functionality, cleanliness, and overall site condition.
• Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of various site-related issues, including: tree trimming, special executions, water leaks, and electrical issues.
• Liaise and negotiate with lessors, property owners, and site representatives on lease terms and renewals.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with site owners, property managers, LGU representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Process permits and regulatory requirements for new and existing billboard sites.
• Maintain accurate site information and records in the company’s database/system.
• Address site owner concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Respond to urgent site issues and field emergencies when necessary.
• Perform other field operations, coordination, documentation, and administrative duties as assigned.
