Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese) to support legal and professional services teams. The role focuses on bilingual administration, documentation management, and precise communication across multiple clients.

The position offers full-time hours with hybrid work options. Training and onboarding will emphasize real-time document handling, meeting minutes, and client coordination while enabling remote work for non-proximal hires.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese preferred.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Prior experience in legal, professional services, or similar white-glove environments (highly preferred).
• Comfortable handling emails independently and professionally.
• Experience working with multiple companies or clients (not limited to only one employer).
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative language support in Mandarin (Cantonese is a strong plus).
• Manage and send reminders and follow-ups
• Run trust reports and assist with documentation tracking
• Take meeting minutes accurately and professionally
• Handle and organize legal and administrative documents with extreme attention to detail
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Support occasional coordination and communication tasks
