Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years voice experience in bilingual support

Responsibilities

• Engage with bilingual (English and Thai) customers via voice channels to address inquiries and requests

• Stay updated on product updates and company policies to provide accurate information
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service
