Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representative to deliver technical assistance and customer support. The role emphasizes strong English and Spanish communication and requires at least 6 months of BPO Technical Support experience, with onsite work at Taguig.

You will troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and follow defined procedures while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of college, with no back subjects.
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support (TSR) experience.
At least 1 year of TSR background preferred/required based on pre-screening criteria.
Strong Spanish and English communication skills.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipino candidates only).
Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig.
Willing to work on shifting and night shift schedules.
Available to start ASAP.
