Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

• Customer Service or Technical Support experience in a BPO or in-house setting.
• US healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Neutral accent in communication.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn tools quickly.
• Experience with Puerto Rican accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Support customers using medical devices with proper guidance and escalation when needed.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Follow SOPs, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.
