Job summary

Flash Express is seeking a Systems Coordinator to gather business and system requirements, analyze operational needs, and propose development plans to improve efficiency. You will work with department heads to align solutions with business goals and monitor project progress to meet timelines.

The role requires bilingual Mandarin and English proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in system coordination, business analysis, project coordination, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with business systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with different departments to gather and understand business and system requirements.
• Analyze operational needs and propose system development plans to improve processes and efficiency.
• Work with department heads to ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report progress of system development projects and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Research and stay updated on new technologies and best practices to recommend improvements.
• Provide support and recommendations to optimize existing systems and improve operations.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to system development initiatives and project status.
• Assist in resolving system-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
