Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Philippines is seeking a Spanish Home Lending Assistant I to support Home Lending Advisors in delivering an outstanding experience for home buyers and homeowners. You will help streamline the loan process and ensure smooth customer interactions across internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with US time hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Proficient in using all tools such as priority reports, call reviews, and loan origination systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to propose solutions using available resources.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task efficiently.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, aligned with US time.

Responsibilities

• Delivers best in class customer service throughout the process, for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicates updates to Home Lending Advisors on pipeline status and updating customers and third parties related to the transactions.
• Discusses terms and conditions of loans and proposes a timeframe for loan signing as needed.
• Updates information in the system of record and maintains accurate communication logs.
• Follows up on aged leads and loans, requests missing documents, and addresses customer issues with Advisors as needed.
• Acts as liaison between Advisors, branch, processing center, and realtors/builders to coordinate submissions and closings.
• Coordinates and manages marketing through internal systems.
