Job summary

EPSEA Philippines Machinery Equipment Corp. in Laguna, Cabuyao seeks a Sales Executive to engage customers in English and Filipino, answer product questions, and build lasting relationships. You will gather sales data, support reporting, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure orders are delivered smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Executive, customer service representative, or in a related field is preferred;
• Associate's or bachelor's degree or above, any major;
• Fluent in Filipino and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
• Flexible thinking, clear logic, excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and service awareness;

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in English/Filipino, answering product and service-related questions.
• Follow up on product inquiry progress and maintain customer relationships.
• Compile sales data and assist in preparing sales reports.
• Cooperate with warehouse management and logistics to ensure customers receive their orders smoothly.
