Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and activity updates.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through after-sales service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
