Job summary

EPSEA Philippines Machinery Equipment Corp. in Laguna, Cabuyao seeks a Sales Executive to engage customers in English and Filipino, answer product questions, and build lasting relationships. You will gather sales data, support reporting, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure orders are delivered smoothly.

We offer commissions on sales, potential year-end bonuses, and opportunities for promotion with performance. A college degree is preferred and strong teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Executive, customer service representative, or in a related field is preferred;
• Associate's or bachelor's degree or above, any major;
• Fluent in Filipino and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
• Flexible thinking, clear logic, excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and service awareness;

Salary Total: PHP 35,500-40,000/month

Additional Salary

• 1.Follow up customer orders and enjoy commissions, The commission rate is 2% - 3% based on different products.
• 2. Year-end bonus based on work performance.
• 3. Those with other outstanding performances can receive additional bonuses
